Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the tgbat platform and all related services. When you open an account or use the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are asked to stop using the platform. tgbat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time when circumstances require it. Continuing to use the platform after amended Terms take effect means you have accepted those changes.

Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services on the tgbat platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. This service is for adults only.
• You may hold only one account in your own name. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during account registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• It is your own responsibility to ensure that online gaming activity is not prohibited under local law in the region from which you are accessing the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or as a representative of a company is not permitted.

Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account with tgbat, you must provide a valid email address and any other required information. The platform may request additional documents or information at any time for identity verification purposes.

3.2 Account Security

Keep your login credentials completely confidential and do not share them with any third party. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

3.3 KYC and Verification

tgbat follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to prevent fraud and money laundering. Providing identity documents may be mandatory before deposits and withdrawals are processed, or once certain amounts are exceeded. If required documents are not provided, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on tgbat is ৳300, and this applies to all payment methods. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Every transaction is secured with SSL encryption technology.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals from successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 1 hour. The same payment method policy applies to withdrawals — meaning you must withdraw using the same method you used to deposit.

4.3 Bank Transfer

For transactions via bank transfer, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, or other major Bangladeshi commercial banks may be used. Processing times may be somewhat longer and depend on the bank's own procedures.

4.4 Third-Party Transactions

Transactions made through a third party or using another person's payment account are strictly prohibited. tgbat reserves the right to suspend the account and hold funds if this rule is violated.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tgbat offers new members a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳28,000 or more → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳48,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• An account can receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• tgbat reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If any fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

Content from game providers on tgbat — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, JILI, and other third-party providers — is protected under their respective intellectual property rights.

Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Any outstanding withdrawable balance will be paid out before the account is closed.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by tgbat

tgbat may suspend or close any account for the following reasons: breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, providing false information, or other serious misconduct. In cases of serious violations, funds in the account may be permanently seized.
